       A substantial portion of the revenue generated by the UEFA EURO is reinvested into the sport through the UEFA HatTrick programme. Since its inception in 2004, HatTrick has directed about two-thirds of each tournament's net revenue into developing football across Europe. This initiative funds projects in all 55 member associations, supporting grassroots initiatives, infrastructure improvements, and education for coaches and referees. For EURO 2024, an unprecedented €935 million is earmarked for these efforts, aiming to enhance football infrastructure and opportunities continent-wide.

Prize Money and Club Benefits:

     The tournament's commercial success also translates into financial rewards for participating teams and clubs. EURO 2024's prize money totals €331 million, with allocations based on participation and performance. Each of the 24 teams will receive €9.25 million, while further bonuses will be distributed based on their progress through the competition. Additionally, €240 million is allocated to the club benefits programme, which compensates domestic clubs for releasing their players for the tournament, ensuring that the benefits of the competition are felt at both the national and club levels.
